Lindy on Sproul - Saturday February 6, 2010 (and upcoming preview of Lindy in Love 2/12/10)!
Hey there! We are having some fun and exciting Lindy on Sproul events this early February!
1) Our regular Lindy on Sproul event is taking place this Saturday February 6, 2010, starting with the FREE lesson at 11:45am and then open dancing at 12:30pm! If it rains, we will be Singing...I mean, Dancing in the Rain! (ok, not quite...we will be under the eaves of MLK near Tully's or in the MLK Breezeway) See you there!
2) After the lovely dances on Sproul this Saturday, how about going to San Francisco for a free jazz event at 7pm for a very worthy cause? One of our very own Lindy on Sproul organizers (James!) is having a fundraiser at Cafe La Boheme for Engineers Without Borders. They are raising money to install computer labs and two internet towers in a school system in eastern Honduras. Please come and enjoy the music and even some dancing!

3) Mark your calendars for next Friday, February 12, 2010, because we will be having our first Lindy at Night special edition this semester -- LINDY IN LOVE.
We will have free dance lessons for beginner and intermediate dancers at 8:00 PM, and open dancing till midnight. The location has not yet been finalized, and we will send out an announcement once we know. Find a sweetheart (or come prepared to meet one), and get ready for a night of romance, excitement, and awesome dancing!
