Join us for Lindy on Sproul this Saturday! It will be a great way to take a break from all the studying/writing/reading you've been doing! The FREE lesson starts at 11:45am, followed by open dancing at 12:30pm.

Next Wednesday, March 17, will be our lucky night! Wear green and come out to Upper Sproul for a night of Lindy in Luck in honor of St. Patrick's Day!! Your local swing organizers will be giving FREE Lessons from 5:30p-6:30p and Dancing starts at 6:30-9:30pm! See you there!

We are having our weekly Lindy on Sproul mingling this Saturday! Come swing with us, rain or shine! The FREE and awesome lesson starts at 11:45am, followed by open dancing at 12:30pm.

And in 2 weeks, we will be having another Lindy at Night event. In honor of St. Patrick's Day we will be putting on "Lindy in Luck!" What does that mean? It means we will have the most serendipitous dance ever. What it means to you, in particular, is that you should wear something green and, more importantly, dance till you can dance no more!

Do you feel the love in the air yet? If not, you will this Friday 2/12/10 at our first Lindy at Night special event-- Lindy In Love! We will have free dance lessons for beginner and intermediate dancers at 8:00pm, followed by open dancing till midnight. The location is at Lower Sproul, so come on out (or swing out) and let's dance the night away!

The first meeting is January 26th, next Tuesday, from 6pm-8pm at Hearst Gym 234.

Everyone who wants to be in the class has to come to this first meeting to get the application and the syllabus. The application to get in to SwingCal is Friday January 29th at midnight.

Happy first week of the semester! The rain has been a bit of a pain, but it is not going to stop your local lindy hoppers from having fun this Saturday on Lindy on Sproul! As usual, we will have a fun and FREE lesson (perfect for beginners and anyone who wants more practice) before our open dance.

If it rains, we will be dancing under the eaves of MLK near Tully's or in the MLK Breezeway.
